Carl Jung We live our lives in search of happiness, fulfillment, enrichment, and balance through our relationships, families, and jobs and career. Sometimes, some of these areas can become demanding, stressful and even overwhelming. Sometimes, we have past painful memories and experiences that have prevented us from living a more fulfilling, productive or adaptive life. We try to manage the best we can, and seek support from friends, families or communities. Even with support, we may still have difficulties and challenges dealing with overwhelming feelings, and coping with stresses in our life situations. We may have symptoms of depression, anxiety, anger, and other moods. This is a good time to consider seeking professional help. How I Can Help?
